If asked to join a remote support session, click here and follow the instructions below:

  1. Click the “Run” button on the window that appears on the screen.
  2. After the installation of the remote client, a dialogue now will appear where you have to accept that ISEC takes control of your computer by pressing the “Allow” button.

Thereafter, ISEC:s IT department will see your entire screen and remotely control the mouse and keyboard. When the support session is completed, disconnect the remote connection by pressing the “Cancel” button.

If the dialogue box does not appear when you press the “Go” button and instead a warning box appear stating that the computer wants to download unknown software, you must first add ISECs domain in the list of web sites that you trust.

In Internet Explorer, execute this from the Tools menu (Tools) – Internet Options (Internet Options – the bottom of the Tools menu) and then select the Security tab (Security) and click on “Trusted Sites” and then press the button “Sites”.

In the window that pops up, press the “Add” button to add ISECs domain to trusted sites. Lastly close all the windows in the Tools menu.
