Nordnet establishes its own fund company and ISEC is a part of the journey.
ISEC is a strategic partner and has extensive expertise as a service and system provider to fund companies, asset managers and other financial players. ISEC ManCo also undertakes tasks as a risk management function for funds and AIF managers.

Yesterday, Nordnet submitted an application to Sweden’s Financial Supervisory Authority to conduct fund operations. It is estimated that the application period to the FSA will take approximately six months, and the operation of the new fund company is planned to begin in the spring of 2022. The funds to be managed by the fund company will be oriented towards broad asset classes and long-term savings. Nordnet Fonder will launch its own funds as well as take over the responsibility for the funds managed by Öhman under the name of ‘Nordnet’.
At Nordnet Fonder we want an effective internal organization in order to be able to focus on our core business – to develop exciting and affordable fund products for the Nordic savers. We have therefore outsourced our administration and risk management for the funds, and have chosen ISEC as our partner in these areas.
