ISEC SICAV-RAIF has launched a new sub-fund facilitated through collaboration between CABA Capital and ISEC Services. CABA Flex2 is a Reserved Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF).
At the end of 2022, the ISEC SICAV-RAIF fund was launched in Luxembourg, with ISEC Services AB acting as the Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) and CACEIS Bank providing administration and custody services.
The ISEC SICAV-RAIF is structured as an umbrella fund, enabling primary Nordic portfolio managers to establish their own sub-funds, with ISEC Services acting as the primary point of contact. The interest has been significant from both asset managers and well-informed investors.

The approach of CABA Flex2 relies on a buy-and-hold strategy, where profits are derived by exploiting the interest rate disparity between Scandinavian mortgage bonds and government bonds, and by rolling down the spread curve.
Performance will be enhanced through leverage, while minimizing interest rate risk through swaps or government bonds denominated in the local currency.
