ISEC provides services and solutions in asset management, including handling portfolios and providing cloud and outsourcing services for fund management, private banking, and risk control with high performance. ISEC administrates over 180 funds and share classes, and approximately 10,000 private banking portfolios, with a total AUM of SEK 250 billion.
Having implemented a multitude of system solutions and helped fund and asset managers establish efficient processes, we have an impressive knowledge of best practices when it comes to solutions, operational processes, and regulatory frameworks.
Since our establishment in 1987, ISEC has continued to pay close attention to the financial market, assessing its demands and making sure we stay at the forefront of our field.
Our History – a testament of innovation and excellence
From a visionary dream to revolutionize the stock market, our journey began in 1987 in Sweden. A spark was ignited when the publication Aktiespararna sought an innovative PC program for shareholder savers. The three Swedish entrepreneurs, Lars Magnusson, Jonas Aaro, and Karl Henrik Sundström, saw the business opportunity and developed a dos-based portfolio system, which won the competition. This very program is the basis of the SECURA system we are delivering today.
Since then, ISEC has been made up of three independent companies, offering separate services in fund management and system solutions. In 2013, ISEC Group emerged, uniting Invest Systems, Fonda System, and A-SEC under one ambitious vision. Our story is a testament to innovation and excellence, which continues to be the foundation of our business.
