Legal structure

The ISEC company group consists of four legal entities:

• ISEC Group AB. Parent company.
• ISEC Services AB. Fund management company and Outsourcing services.
• ISEC Systems AB. Secura and Secura Fund system.
• ISEC Administration AB. Administration services.

ISEC Services is a member of The Swedish Investment Fund Association, Fondbolagens Förening, and follows the code ”Svensk kod för fondbolag”.
